Vattenfall is a Swedish energy company and the mother company of Nuon. They have merged Nuon into the main brand Vattenfall and they wanted to communicate their new ways of working to their internal staff. But first they had to discover what would it mean, this new way of working in a practical way for their daily operations. We did a session with a small group of Nuon employees and wrote down every possible obstacle, note, usp and challenge. After that we gathered enough information to shape a new message. This message was transformed into this new animation.
